API integration services that connect new software to the systems you already run

We build the custom APIs and integrations that connect your software to your CRM, ERP, payment infrastructure and internal tools, so data is entered once and every system agrees on it.

A written scope and a fixed budget before any work is billed.

Where integrations usually break

Most integrations work on the day they go live. The trouble starts later: the other system changes its API, a record is edited in two places at once, a webhook arrives twice or not at all, and nobody notices until a customer does.

So we build integrations as software that has to run for years. Each one has a clear direction of truth for every field, retries and conflict rules written down, logs you can read, and an alert when a sync falls behind. They live in your repository, under your accounts, documented so your team can change them.

Integration is part of how we build everything, so it also appears inside our custom software and e-commerce work. This page is for when the connection itself is the project.

Why people get in touch

Sound familiar?

01

People are the integration

Staff copy customers, orders or invoices between the CRM, the ERP and a spreadsheet, and the errors cost more than the time.

02

The glue tool has become critical, and fragile

A chain of no-code automations moves real money and real orders, and nobody can say what happens when one step fails.

03

Two systems disagree, and nobody knows which is right

The CRM says one thing and the ERP another, because both can edit the same field and nothing decides which wins.

04

Partners want an API you do not have

Customers or suppliers ask to connect to you directly, and today the answer is a CSV sent by email.

What we integrate

The connections a growing business ends up needing, built and documented as one system.

CRM and ERP

Customers, products, stock, orders and invoices kept in sync between your CRM, your ERP and the software you use every day.

  • Data sync
  • Webhooks

Payments and finance

Payment providers, billing and accounting connected so payments, refunds and invoices reconcile without a spreadsheet.

  • Payments
  • Reconciliation

Sign-in across your tools

Single sign-on so staff and customers use one identity across your systems, with access removed in one place.

  • SSO
  • Roles

Your own API

A documented REST or GraphQL API for partners and customers, with authentication, rate limits and versioning.

  • REST and GraphQL
  • Docs
Built to be owned

What you keep at the end

Everything below is yours from the first commit, under your own accounts wherever possible. Nothing in it is licensed from us, and nothing can only be maintained by us.

  • docs/data-flows.mdWhich system owns each field, which way it moves, and what wins a conflict.
  • integrations/The connectors, their retry rules and their tests.
  • openapi.yamlThe specification for any API we built for you.
  • monitoring/The logs and alerts that report a failing or lagging sync.
  • docs/runbook.mdWhat to do when a partner changes their API or a sync stops.
How the work runs

Four stages, and what each one hands you

Every stage ends in something you can review and keep, including the stages that come before any code is written.

01
scope

Discovery and requirements analysis

We map the real problem before any code is written: stakeholders, constraints, existing systems, and what success means in measurable terms.

  • requirements.md
  • scope + fixed budget
  • risk register
02
design

Design and architecture

Interface flows and system architecture designed together, so what we specify is what we can build and scale.

  • clickable prototype
  • system diagram
  • data model
03
build

Build, with a weekly demo

Short delivery cycles with visible progress. You review working software throughout, not a finished system revealed on launch day.

  • staging deploy / cycle
  • test suite + CI
  • weekly demo
04
operate

Launch, then operations

We deploy the system, monitor it, and hand over the runbook. We then continue to operate it under a monthly agreement you can end with 30 days’ notice.

  • production infra
  • runbook + handover docs
  • monitoring + alerts
Terms

Terms we put in writing before work begins

The figures we commit to on every engagement. Your project gets its own dated plan on top of them.

Inquiry
1 business dayA reply from someone who has read the brief.
Discovery
1 to 3 weeksEnds in a written scope and a fixed budget.
Weekly review
Every weekThe work as it stands, on a link you can open yourself.
First release
8 to 16 weeksTypical time from the end of discovery to production.
Operations

Illustrative. Every project receives its own dated plan before work begins.

Pricing

What an integration costs

Integrations are priced once discovery has shown what each system exposes. Most of the scope goes into the cases where the two systems disagree or one of them is down, because that is where integrations break.

  1. 01How many systems connect, and how many entities move between them
  2. 02One-way updates or two-way sync with conflict rules
  3. 03What each system exposes: a modern API, an old one, or only a database or file export
  4. 04Volume and how fresh the data has to be
  5. 05Security and audit requirements on the data moving
  6. 06Whether we monitor and maintain the integrations afterwards
Stack

What we build it with

Tools with long support horizons and large talent pools, so the system stays maintainable by any capable team, not only ours.

Node.js

Integration services that handle webhooks, queues and retries well.

TypeScript

Typed contracts for every payload, so a changed field is caught by a test before it reaches a sync.

PostgreSQL

A record of every message, for reconciliation and for replays when something fails.
