A custom connection between Mikro and your online store
Connect your own storefront to Mikro for orders, warehouse stock or specific pricing rules. We assess your existing systems and develop the connection where a ready-made product falls short.
Tell us about your Mikro integrationA written scope and a fixed budget before any work is billed.
Begin with your Mikro environment
Mikro publishes separate resources for Desktop API and JumpBulut. Your product, version and API access are the first checks in discovery. An example for one product is not proof of compatibility with another.
Verify service availability, permissions and a test environment. This page describes custom integration work; it does not offer a packaged Mikro connector or claim official partnership.
- Mikro product, version and deployment type
- Store platform and data access options
- Company, warehouse and product-code mapping
- Test data, permissions and an operations owner
Make warehouse and inventory mapping explicit
Store availability need not equal the sum of every warehouse. Agree which warehouses supply online orders, how variants map to item codes and which system owns quantities.
Do not silently skip unmatched products. Keep the link between store variants and Mikro records inspectable, with exceptions the operations team can resolve.
Design orders, cancellations and returns together
An order transfer includes more than line items. Define the destination for customer, delivery, tax, discount and payment-status information.
Specify partial cancellations, split fulfilment and returns separately. Test that retrying the same store order does not create another record. Assess electronic-document access and scope separately if needed.
Reconciliation and ongoing operation
A successful API response does not prove all records agree. Reconcile identifiers and statuses to find missing or different orders.
Define retries or manual review for outages, invalid product codes and pricing differences. Include regression checks after vendor version changes in the support plan.
When is the existing Mikro product enough?
Mikro’s ecommerce product or your store provider’s connector may cover standard requirements. Check their product and version conditions first.
A custom storefront, warehouse rules or an approval process across other systems may justify bespoke work. The estimate follows agreed mappings, failure cases, tests and operational responsibilities.
